Yoga – Time for yourself
Join us for a live morning session of virtual yoga. Combining Ashtanga and Jivamukti inspired sequences we offer classes that focus on strengthening, stretching and balancing, for a complete workout that helps you start the day with a fresh mind and body and allows you to disconnect from your busy schedule.
The only material needed are comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. If you have 2 blocks and a strap then bring them too!
